Arun Bharat Ram, Chairman Emeritus of SRF Limited, is an alumnus of the University of Michigan, U.S.A. He established SRF in 1970 as a manufacturer of nylon tyre cord. Over the years, the company has not only diversified but also attained global leadership in most of its businesses.
His unwavering support for initiatives in corporate governance, Total Quality Management, and the professionalization of management played a pivotal role in SRF's Industrial Synthetics Business receiving the prestigious global Deming Award in 2004.
Arun Bharat Ram commenced his career in 1967 with the Delhi Cloth & General Mills Co. Ltd. (now DCM Ltd.), the flagship company of the Shri Ram Group of Companies.
Bharat Ram served as the President of CII during 2000-2001. Currently, he is the Chairman of CII Education Council and the Indian Co-Chairman of the Indo German Consultative Group.
Apart from his business pursuits, Arun Bharat Ram is a mid-handicap golfer and a passionate musician. Having learned from the renowned maestro Pt. Ravi Shankar, he plays the sitar whenever possible.

In recognition of his achievements, Arun Bharat Ram has received numerous awards and accolades. Notably, he was honored with the Jamshedji Tata Award in 2006 by the Indian Society for Quality (ISQ) and the Officer's Cross of the Order of Merit by the Federal Government of Germany in 2008.

Ashish Bharat Ram assumed the role of Chairman & Managing Director of SRF Ltd. in April 2022. Under his stewardship, SRF Ltd. has evolved into a significant global conglomerate, operating in four countries: India, Thailand, South Africa, and Hungary. Presently, the company's diverse portfolio spans Technical Textiles, Fluorochemicals, Specialty Chemicals, Packaging Films, and Engineering Plastics, securing market leadership both in India and internationally.
Before joining SRF Ltd. in 1994, Ashish garnered valuable experience at DCM Toyota Ltd., SRF Finance Ltd., and SRF Overseas Ltd. His roles encompassed various functions such as Sales, Strategy, Marketing, and TQM, among others.
Ashish has dedicated time to studying the dynamics of family businesses and frequently shares insights on the subject at both Indian and global platforms. He is also an author, contributing articles on topics related to India's economic scenario and entrepreneurship to leading publications. Presently, Ashish serves as the Regional Chair for South Asia for the Young Presidents Organization (YPO) and is a member of the Northern Region Executive Committee of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII).
Educationally, he holds a degree in Economics from Delhi University and an MBA from The Johnson Graduate School of Management, Cornell University. Beyond his professional pursuits, Ashish is a single-digit handicap golfer and an enthusiastic sports follower. He, along with his wife, resides in New Delhi with their two daughters.

Kartik is the Joint Managing Director of SRF Ltd, a chemical intermediates business with a turnover of US$ 1.6 billion. SRF is a market leader in refrigerant gases and a preferred supplier of specialty chemicals and packaging films, besides being the country’s largest technical textile player with manufacturing plants in India, Thailand, and South Africa.
As Deputy MD, Kartik is involved in the creation and strengthening of a performance-based culture within the organization, through value-based leadership. He is also passionately involved in driving the aspirations of the company and an advocate on issues related to environmental responsibility. With interests that center on human motivation, leadership, corporate transformation, and accountability, Kartik has successfully shaped SRF into being a trusted corporate brand – one that is respected for its commitment to deliver sustainable growth through total excellence.
In addition, Kartik is the Chairman of KAMA Holdings, a company that holds a majority share in SRF Ltd and is in the school education consultancy space. He is a fellow of the India Leadership Initiative, Aspen Institute India. In the past, he has served as the President of the Indian Blind Sports Association and as Chairman of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) Delhi State Council for the year 2007-08.
Kartik is a graduate from Santa Clara University, California, and earned an MBA from Cornell University, New York. He is an avid golfer and winner of multiple pro-am Golf tournaments.

Sheelam, an Engineering Graduate from BITS Pilani, joined SRF Limited as a Management Trainee in the Fluorochemicals Business space. He worked extensively on new projects during the initial part of his career. Moving to Sales and Marketing of Fluorochemicals Business, he provided able leadership, launched several products, and ensured SRF's position as market leaders in Refrigerant gas and Chloromethanes. Later, he transitioned to the Technical Textile Business and led the business turnaround of the acquired unit of Belting Fabric in South Africa.
In 2012, Sheelam returned to India as the Business Head of the Coated and Laminated Fabric, making significant contributions to grow the business into market leaders in the industry. He played a vital role in integrating the Coated and Laminated Fabric Business for better synergies, focusing on operational excellence over the years.
His strong orientation towards SRF values, development of people, maturity in handling diversity, and patient listening are worth emulating. Sheelam believes in building a strong and effective team with a strong customer focus.

Sapna Yadav believes that every child can and will learn if provided with the right teaching and learning environment. The will and skill are there. Good guidance, unfortunately, is not. When offered a conducive environment, patient hearing, and positive challenges, children can pleasantly surprise us with their ability to be creative and innovative. This is the ideology behind the processes and systems she has introduced in schools to facilitate student learning.

Rajender Shah is a Post Graduate in Physics from the University of Kashmir and has a degree in Education from MD University. Rajender followed his passion for Physics by teaching, writing books, and coaching students successfully for competitive exams and gained high repute and respect as an educator and administrator. With nearly three decades of experience as an academician and as Department Head, equipped with a dynamic approach to effective Physics teaching, he has taken the lead to train, motivate, and empower schools and educational institutes.
Having gained valuable experience in both CBSE and ICSE board curriculum, Rajender has supervised academic and administrative audits of various schools.
